Year 11 Creative and Media Diploma students from Manchester Creative and Media Academy (Boys) have risen over £240 for charity.
They raised a total of £243.16 as part of an extremely successful charity week for local children’s medical equipment organisation Medequip 4 Kids.
The seven-day March event, which took place at the boys’ site as part of their Creative and Media course, included fun activities such as a Playstation Challenge and a bring a pound to work day for staff.
The Playstation Challenge was won by Farhan Azar from 8W.
The boys also arranged a charity tuck shop and money boxes in form room. Mr. Hussain’s form raised the most money.
The cheque was accepted by Medequip 4 Kids’ Rose Franks (pictured), and organiser Miss Herbert said: “The events were enjoyed by all – well done boys and staff!”
