Fantastic fancy dress: Students at the MC&MA Halloween Party

Manchester Creative and Media Academy (Girls) students hosted a Halloween party attended by terrifying zombies, witches and mummies.

Don’t worry though, they weren’t real. It was just our students in disguise.

The gathering, held in Brookside Hall, had a DJ, fancy dress competition, games and a tuck shop. It took place as part of student’s ongoing efforts to raise money for their World Challenge trip to Morocco next April.

The 15 pupils who are going to the North African country worked hard to promote the popular event, which was held for year 7, 8 and 9 students. The intrepid explorers designed posters and leaflets that they distributed around MC&MA Girls.

The party was held on the back of the successful clothes collection at the start of October, which raised £111. Keep supporting our girls; the Morocco trip will be once-in-a-lifetime experience for them.

Have a look at some of the pictures of the party below. Can you spot yourself?
