Miss O’Neill’s year 7 English class have been busy entering a short saga competition where they had only 50 words to express their creativity. 16 of the boy’s sagas have been selected for publication, based on imagination, perception, expression and creative use of language. They now have been entered into the second round, which is the best school of the series and this could win the school £1000, £500 and £250 and this will be awarded once the book has been published on the 30th of April 2012. Miss O’Neill said “I am proud of these boys and the dedication and effort that they put in during English has been defiantly been rewarded.”
